Rich Piana, NPC competitor, Mr. California, and Super Mutant sponsored athlete might look like a cross between the hulk and the lead singer of a heavy metal band, but don’t let the earrings and tats fool you, Piana is a hardcore athlete that has been in the gym since 11-years old.
In this episode, Piana gives us a few tips to gaining size. He also talks about people loosing dedication for fitness and weightlifting, working out for 45-minutes and then expecting results. Piana is another old-school “Fire and Brimstone” weightlifter, a dying breed.
Today, people tell you to go consult a doctor if you feel fatigued during your workout…Sit down and have a smoothie if you sweat too much.
You have to put in the work to get somewhere, not hit on three girls between your set of 3 sit ups.
