The ‘Usain Bolt’ Punch

MMA is pretty awesome for the most part, mainly because we can see stuff like this. Nikko Glasper, an amateur MMA fighter decided to dispatch conventional middle of the cage antics and sprinted across the mat only to knock out his opponent ,Tommy Sthair, in 20 seconds, with a well-placed overhand left. It’s been dubbed the ‘Usain Bolt’ punch…you know, because he ran across the cage and what not.

Usain Bolt runs fast for a living. Clever.
