The URWERK Knight Series Timepiece Doesn’t Disappoint

Urwerk is a watch manufacturer based out of Switzerland that was founded by Felix Baumgartner and Martin Frei in 1997. They’re known for developing exquisite timepieces that redefine style in the most avant-garde way possible. The unconventional nature of which each piece is crafted screams originality. As exclusive as a Ferrari is, they’re mass-produced, stifling the exclusive nature.

Urwerk is a journey in individualism, crafting art in a very literal sense of the matter.

The UR-105 M, which comes in the Iron or Dark Knight, was crafted with sophisticated brawn in mind. The outer casing of the knight was meant to serve as an armor for the mechanisms of the watch. Four satellites orbit slowly as the minutes tick away, and the seconds are monitored on the side of the knight, along with a power reserve indicator.

The Iron Knight bears a price tag of $66,000, while the Dark Knight will set you back $72,000.
