Lions and Tigers and BEER? Oh My! 2012 ZOO BREWAugust 6, 2012
The Zoo Brew 2012 will once again be held at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium on Friday, September the 14th. From 6:00-9:30 PM, you Knuckle Draggers get to drink some local brews presented by Duquesne Pilsener Beer. Not to mention, some other beers like Long Trail Double Bag, Boulder’s Beer Sweaty Betty, and of course you gotta throw some Brooklyn Brown Ale into the mix for this night of beer festivities.
The Zoo Brew 2012 at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium does encourage climbing into the lions cage and swimming with the sharks in the PPG Aquarium, if you don’t care about spending the rest of your life in prison. Needless to say, stay away from the animals, dumbass.
With plenty of beers to choose from, “A Taste of the Wild Catering” will be providing the food to soak up all that delicious beer in your belly.
Since there is beer being consumed, you must be 21 years old, or older to attend. Your brother or sister lends you their ID, you scale the 3′ chain link fence surrounding the event (I know a friend of a friend that knows this guy that did it), or that kid Chad is still making some killer ass fake Michigan ID’s at Carnegie Mellon University like he was last year. Go Chad, Go!
The 2012 Zoo Brew, featuring lions and tigers and beer, will be held regardless of what the shitty Doppler/ Viper/Storm Tracker 2000 radar predicts.
As we all know, Pittsburgh weather is predictably unpredictatable. So, dress accordingly and get your tickets early. For more information, visit http://blog.pittsburghzoo.org/2012/zoobrew/
