
Katie Hogan: CrossFit Girl Power
April 2, 2013Katie Hogan is not only an uber fitness hottie, but she can move more weight than you. 385 lb deadlift, check. Jump rope for days, check. Squats, cleans, burpees, wall push ups, triathlon…checkmate.
Hogan is more than just a CrossFit athlete that can quickly make the average man feel a little less than average. She’s an inspirational being forged from nothing but hard work.
She’s young with an old school mentality: work hard, long, and often.
In this intro video, she expresses her diehard mentality about CrossFit, and that she doesn’t do anything else outside of her duties as an athlete and trainer. My question is, when does that leave time for a dating magazine editors? We’ll go ahead and put a pin back in that grenade…For now.
Hogan has competed in the Reebok CrossFit Games, is a level 1 CrossFit trainer, Muscle Pharm sponsored athlete, and is also a former All-American in volleyball and track & field.
