There are plenty of reasons to do cardio, but they are also more reasons to sit at home on the couch eating corn curls and cursing the Steelers.

Here’s five¬† simple reasons to hop off the couch and get on the treadmill.

1. To be not fat.

2. To be able to walk up a flight of stairs without needing a change of underwear.

3. To not die of a massive heart attack.

4. To be able to see your Johnson.

5. To not get a chair stuck on your ass.

6. Bonus: So you can fly coach.
