Tip #1: Always eat a healthy carbohydrate 30-minutes to 1 hour before exercise. This could be oatmeal, brown rice, or healthy fruits or vegetables
Tip #2: Drink plenty of water before you exercise. Drinking water before exercise hydrates you for the work. Drinking water during a workout does not assist with hydration.
Bentover 1 Arm Row
Stride Stance, Abs Embraced, Arm Relaxed with shoulder held up.
Pull weight slightly back and squeeze between your shoulder blades.
Elbows under shoulders, fists together, toes under ankles, head level, body parallel
to floor. Keep abs embraced.
